The challenge
Linum Ceramic's sales team works in the field, and managers wanted to know how many calls they actually made each day — not just how many were reported.
Handwritten call lists got lost, phone call logs stayed private on each person's phone, and asking staff to type reports into yet another system only created more work and more chasing.
The solution
We built Call Log Manager in two parts. Field staff use a simple Android app to save the day's call logs from their phone in one tap, with instant confirmation.
Everything lands in a web dashboard where managers filter calls by employee and date, compare connected and missed calls at a glance, add remarks against any entry and export a clear PDF report whenever they need one.
